摘要
深圳卓越皇岗世纪中心工程高268m,基坑开挖面积达1万m2。通过合理的劲性钢筋混凝土结构施工、大体积混凝土裂渗控制、半装配式箍筋安装、52.1m高大模板施工、内爬塔式起重机高空拆除及其他新技术的应用,提高了施工效率,保证了工程质量。
Shenzhen Excellence Group Century Center engineering is 268m high and its foundation pit excavation area is as large as 10 000 m2. Construction efficiency is improved and engineering quality is guaranteed through reasonable construction of profile steel reinforced concrete composite structure, control of crack and penetration on mass concrete, installation of partially-assembled hooped reinforcement, construction of 52.1 m high large formwork, aerial dismantlement of internal climbing tower crane and application of other new techniques.
