摘要
重庆国际开发金融大厦总高度为308.8m,为重庆第一高楼。该项目周边及地下环境复杂。基坑内均为硬质砂岩,通过采用松动爆破与设置减振槽组合的施工方法,实现了21m深岩石深基坑的垂直开挖。对人防洞室的封堵则采用设置探孔、分层填充混凝土,最后压力灌注的方法进行施工,保证了周边人防洞室及轻轨的安全,取得了较好的经济与社会效益。
Chongqing International Development Financial Building, 308.8m high, is the highest building in Chongqing. This project has complex surrounding and underground environments. Hard sandstone spreads throughout the foundation pit, the construction method with combination of loose blasting and shock absorption slot is adopted to realize vertical excavation of 21m deep rock foundation pit. During aerial defence basement filling construction, exploratory hole is set and rubble concrete is filled in layers before pressure concrete pouring. The safety of surrounding aerial defence basement and light rail is guaranteed and favorable economic and social benefits are obtained.
