薄腹箱形截面构件有效面积计算方法研究

摘要 对《钢结构设计规范》(GB 50017-2003)、《冷弯薄壁型钢结构技术规范》(GB 50018-2002)、美国规范(AISC:2005)、欧洲规范(E 3-1.5:2006)以及Winter公式受压板件有效宽度的计算公式进行了简要介绍,并采用各国规范对翼缘和腹板不同宽厚比的箱形截面构件有效面积进行了计算和分析,结果表明在不同翼缘和腹板宽厚比的情况下欧洲规范和《冷弯薄壁型钢结构技术规范》(GB 50018-2002)由于考虑了翼缘和腹板的有效宽度,具有较好的适用性,稳定性较好,因此建议对于箱形截面构件有效面积可采用《冷弯薄壁型钢结构技术规范》(GB50018-2002)的计算方法进行计算。 So the methods estimated of effective width of code for design of steel structures (GB50017- 2003), technical code of cold-formed thin-wall steel structures(GB50018-2002), America specification (AISC: 2005),European specification (E3-1.5:2006), and Winter equation are introduced in this paper. The effective area of thin-webbed box members with different width-thickness ratio in web and flange are estimated using these codes. Comparison on these estimated results show that European specification (E3-1.5:2006) and Technical code of cold-formed thin-wall steel structures (GBS0018-2002)is application for members with different width-thickness ratio of web and flange . So Technical code of cold-formed thin-wall steel structures (GB50018-2002) can be used to estimate the effective area of thin-webbed box members.
