摘要 以Fe-Ca-TEA络合物为氧化还原媒介,对靛蓝进行间接电化学还原染色,研究九水硝酸铁、四水硝酸钙、三乙醇胺、氢氧化钠等用量对靛蓝染色效果的影响,结果表明:在九水硝酸铁10 g/L,四水硝酸钙7 g/L,三乙醇胺35 g/L,氢氧化钠9 g/L,外加电压5V,阴极面积30 cm2,电化学还原时间50 min,对棉织物进行间接电化学还原染色,可以达到传统保险粉法染色的效果.同时,采用中空纤维膜过滤除去未能上染纤维的染料颗粒,可以实现媒介的重复利用,减少了水和化学药品的消耗. Taking Fe-Ca-TEA complex as redox mediator, indirect electrochemical dyeing of cotton fabric with indigo was carried out. Influences of mass concentration of ferric nitrate, calcium nitrate, triethanolamine and sodium hydroxide on dyeing results were investigated. The results showed that under conditions of ferric nitiate 10 g/L, calcium nitrate 7 g/L, triethanolamine 35 g/L, sodium hydroxide 9 g/L, 5 V of applied voltage, 30 cm^2 of cathode area, reducing 50 min, good vat dyeing effects of indirect electrochemical reduction dyed cotton fabric could be obtained, which could compete with that of the traditional dyeing using sodium dithionite as reducing agents. Meanwhile, hollow fiber membrane was applied to filter to remove the undyed particles, which realize the reuse of mediator, and reduce the consumption of water and chemicals.
