摘要
结合无线微波通信技术及海事通信系统的特点,简要介绍了船岸间几种无线通信传输方式,重点阐述了基于DMB-TH数字图像传输技术的无线微波通信手段在海事监管中的技术特点及应用。通过浙江海事局搭建的无线微波通信传输平台对船舶现有的视频监控、视频会议系统等进行了有效整合,使无线微波通信技术在巡查执法、应急处置、海上搜救等各种海事动态监管指挥中发挥了十分重要的作用。
Combining the characteristics of wireless microwave communication technology and maritime communication systems,we briefly introduce several wireless transmission methods between vessel and shore,emphatically expound the technical features and applications of the wireless microwave communication means based on DMB-TH digital image transmission technology in maritime supervision.Through the wireless microwave transmission platform built by Zhejiang MSA,the existing video surveillance,video conference system,etc.on vessels are effectively integrated,which makes the wireless microwave communication technology play a very important role in various maritime dynamic supervision and command,such as inspection and law enforcement,emergency response,maritime search and rescue and etc.
