摘要
目的:探讨血清NO水平与老年男性骨质疏松症发病的关系。方法:对符合要求的32例老年男性骨质疏松症患者(骨质疏松组)和31例老年男性非骨质疏松症患者(非骨质疏松组)进行骨密度和血清NO含量检测,分析血清NO水平与老年男性骨密度的关系。结果:骨质疏松组血清NO水平明显低于非骨质疏松组,差异有统计学意义(t=19.323,P=0.000)。结论:血清NO在男性骨质疏松症的发病中起重要作用。
Objective：To explore the relationship between serum nitric oxide（NO）level and morbility of osteoporosis（OP）in older men.Methods：32 older male patients with osteoporosis（OP group）and 31 older male patients without osteoporosis（non-OP group） were administrated with detection of bone mineral density（BMD）and serum NO content,and the relationship between serum NO level and BMD of older men was analyzed.Results：Serum NO level of patients in OP group was lower than that of patients in non-OP group obviously and there was statistical difference between the 2 groups（t=19.323,P=0.000）.Conclusion：Serum NO plays an important role in the morbility of male osteoporosis.
