升清降浊汤治疗椎基底动脉供血不足临床观察

Clinical observation of "Shengqing Jiangzhuo Decoction" in treating vertebrobasilar insufficiency

目的观察升清降浊汤治疗椎基底动脉供血不足的临床疗效。方法将80例椎基底动脉供血不足患者随机分为治疗组和对照组(各40例),分别采用升清降浊汤和西比灵治疗,疗程1个月。结果治疗组总有效率为90.0%,对照组为75.0%,两组总有效率有显著性差异(P<0.01);治疗后两组椎基底动脉平均血流速度均较治疗前增加(P<0.01),且治疗组的平均血流速度较对照组快(P<0.05)。结论升清降浊汤治疗椎基底动脉供血不足疗效确切。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Shengqing Jiangzhuo Decoction＂ in the treatment of vertebrobasilar insufficiency.Methods Eighty subjects were randomized into two groups： treatment group in which 40 cases were treated with ＂Shengqing Jiangzhuo Decoction＂ and control group in which 40 cases were treated with Flunarizine,with a course of one month.Results The total effective rate was 90.0% in treatment group and 75.0% in control group（P0.01）;after treatment,the velocity of vertebrobasilar artery was increased in both groups（P0.01）,with more significant increase in treatment group than in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion ＂Shengqing Jiangzhuo Decoction＂ has positive effects on vertebrobasilar insufficiency.
