The preparation of high foaming ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer （EVA） expansion adhesive block was introduced. The effects of EVA,blowing agent,blowing accelerator, cross-linking agent,filler and other agents on the foaming properties were emphatically investigated.The formula and production process of the high foaming EVA expansion adhesive block were determined. The new type of high foaming EVA expansion adhesive block has extensive applications in vehicle NVH field.
