逐痰清营方治疗膝关节滑膜炎临床研究

Clinical study of knee synovitis treated with "Zhutan Qingying Decoction"

目的观察逐痰清营方治疗膝关节滑膜炎的临床疗效。方法采用随机对照开放性试验设计,将64例病例分为治疗组和对照组(各32例),治疗组予逐痰清营方加减口服,对照组予扶他林缓释片口服;两组均治疗14天,分别于治疗前及治疗后第1、2周末进行症状体征评分,判定临床疗效。结果治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为93.54%、78.57%,组间临床疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组在第1周末症状体征积分高于治疗组(P<0.05),治疗组在第2周末症状体征积分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论逐痰清营方治疗膝关节滑膜炎疗效良好。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of ＂Zhutan Qingying Decoction＂ in treating knee synovitis.Methods A randomized controlled open trial was conducted;64 cases were randomized into treatment group and control group： treatment group in which 32 cases were treated with modified ＂Zhutan Qingying Decoction＂ and control group in which 32 cases were treated with diclofenac sodium sustained release tablets orally,with a course of 14 days.The symptoms and signs were scored before and after treatment for 1 and 2 weeks to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Results The total effective rate was 93.54% in the treatment group and 78.57% in the control group,with a significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）;the score of symptoms and signs was higher in the control group than in the treatment group at the end of the first week（P0.05）,but the score was higher in the treatment group than the control group at the end of the second week（P0.05）.Conclusion ＂Zhutan Qingying Decoction＂ has positive effect on knee synovitis.
