摘要
对某石化公司642号废汽油储罐0Cr18Ni9不锈钢浮盘盖板和浮筒腐蚀情况进行了物理测试,分析了腐蚀的原因。结果表明,不锈钢浮盘盖板和浮筒是由于废汽油中有硫化物而导致局部腐蚀穿孔。腐蚀穿孔是由浮盘盖板下表面萌生,并向接触其相部位的上表面发展。同时,由于海水冲洗和稀释引起氯化物对不锈钢浮盘盖板和浮筒的局部腐蚀。在分析的基础上提出了切实可行的防护措施。
The physical tests were performed to analyze the corrosion and corrosion causes of 0Crl8Ni9Ti stainless steel floating cover and buoy of 642# waste gasoline tank. The results indicated that it was the sulfide in waste gasoline that caused the corrosion and corrosion failure of floating cover and buoy. The corrosion failure was burgeoning on the bottom surface of floating cover and then developed to the upper surface. At the same time, the local corrosion was accelerated due to chlorides from sea water rinsing and dilution. Practical protection measures have been proposed based upon the analysis.
