溶胶共沉淀法合成硅酸锆包裹硫硒化镉大红颜料 被引量:6

摘要 通过溶胶共沉淀法制得硅酸锆包裹硫硒化镉大红陶瓷颜料,采用X-射线衍射(XRD)、环境扫描电镜(ESEM)和能谱分析(EDX)对颜料的形貌和结构进行了表征,并用色度仪对由该颜料制成色釉的色度进行了测定,同时考察了溶胶共沉淀法和自制助熔剂对硅酸锆生成温度的影响.结果表明,采用溶胶共沉淀法可以在较低的温度下合成硅酸锆包裹的硫硒化镉大红陶瓷颜料,所得色釉的色彩鲜红艳丽,可满足烧成范围在1 200~1 250℃高温大红色釉的要求. Zircon-cadmium sulfoselenide(ZrSiO4-Cd(SxSe1-x) red pigments were prepared by thermal decompositon of the precursors obtained via sol-coprecipitation method.The morphology and structure of the pigments were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),environmental scaning electron microscopy(ESEM) and energy dispersive X-ray(EDX),The chromatic properties of the colored glaze were analyzed,meanwhile the effect of sol-coprecipitation and the self-made additive on ZrSiO4 formation temperature was studied.Results showed that the ZrSiO4-Cd(SxSe1-x) red pigment could be available at calcination temperature of 950 ℃,this colored glaze was vermeil and flamboyant,which satisfied the bright red glaze that was fired at 1 200 ~1 250 ℃.
