摘要
为了实现棉织物精练和漂白同浴进行,在酶精练时加入H2O2对织物进行处理,随后添加四乙酰乙二胺(TAED)以进一步激活H2O2进行漂白。酶精练和漂白同浴试验最佳处理工艺为:酶精练时添加H2O23 g/L,精练结束后补充添加1 g/L,TAED 4 g/L,漂白时间为60 min,工艺全过程均在低温条件下进行。织物处理后棉籽壳、蜡质和果胶质等杂质的去除率与传统精练、漂白工艺相当,其中棉籽壳的去除率达到88.06%。
In order to realize scouring and bleaching in one bath,H2O2 is added into the bio-scouring bath,which is activated by tetra acetyl ethylene diamine(TAED) after scouring process.Results show that the optimized pretreatment conditions are as follows: 3 g/L H2O2 is added into the bio-scouring bath,and when bio-scouring finished,1 g/L H2O2 and 4 g/L TAED are supplemented into the bath and bleaching for 60 min.The whole process is carried out at low temperature.This process has the similar pretreatment results to those of the traditional alkaline scouring and bleaching process,the removal of cotton seeds is 88.06%.
