摘要
涤纶及其混纺织物染色后,采用新型酸性还原清洗剂ARC进行还原清洗,并与其它还原清洗剂和相关工艺进行比较。结果表明,新型酸性还原清洗剂处理的牢度性能与保险粉工艺相当,甚至超过一些市售的还原清洗剂;染色织物的表面浮色能有效去除,且对染色织物色泽影响小;工艺节能、省时、环保。
A new acidic reduction clearing agent ARC is applied to rinsing process of dyed polyester fiber and its blended fabrics,its clearing efficiency is compared to the other commercial clearing agents.The result shows that fastness property of polyester fiber after ARC reductive clearing treatment is comparable to that of sodium dithionite,and is better than that of some commercial clearing agents.Loose color on the dyed fabric can be removed effectively.This detergent exerts little influence on the shade of the dyeings,the rinsing process has the advantages of energy saving,time saving and environmental protection.
