摘要
利用SSR引物对重庆市常用杂交水稻组合的12份亲本材料进行遗传多样性分析。112对引物筛选出多态性引物35对,共检测到80个等位基因,平均每对引物检测到等位基因2.29个。多态性性信息含量(PIC)变化范围为0.153~0.653,平均值0.407。聚类分析将12个亲本在遗传相似系数0.51处分为不育系与恢复系两类。结果表明:12份亲本,不育系与恢复系之间的遗传差异较大,但不育系和恢复系亲本之间的遗传异质性较小。
The genetic diversity of 12 parents for common used hybrid rice combinations in Chongqing City were analyzed by using SSR primer.35 pairs of SSR primers screening from 112 pairs of SSR primers showed polymorphism.80 alleles were identified from the 35 pairs of primers,the average number of alleles per SSR primer was 2.29.The changing range of allelic polymorphism information content(PIC) was 0.153~0.653 with an average value of 0.407.The 12 parents with genetic similarity index of 0.51 could be classified into sterile line and restorer line by using UPGMA cluster analysis.The results indicated that in these 12 parents,there were huge genetic differences between sterile line and restorer line,but there were small genetic heterogeneity between parents of sterile line and parents of restore line.
