拟南芥COI1基因在茉莉素信号传导中的作用 被引量:4

摘要 植物激素茉莉素调控植物的生长发育和防御反应等生物学过程。在茉莉素信号传导途径中,COI1基因起着非常重要的作用。该基因的突变影响所有茉莉素调控的反应。COI1基因编码一个F-box蛋白,COI1蛋白能与多种蛋白形成SCFCOI1泛素连接酶复合体。在茉莉素信号分子存在的情况下,SCFCOI1复合体可以识别茉莉素信号途径中的负调控蛋白(如JAZ蛋白),并使之通过泛素-26S蛋白酶体途径降解。拟南芥COI1-JAZ被证实是茉莉素的共受体。这一茉莉素信号传导途径中的突破性研究进展更为深入地揭示了COI1在茉莉素信号传导过程中的作用机制。综述了COI1在茉莉素信号传导中的作用机理。 Jasmonates(JAs) are a family of plant hormones that regulate growth and defense of plant.The F-box protein CORINSENSITIVE 1(COI1) functions as an important protein in signal transduction of JA,which interacts with other proteins to form SCF complexes.The complexes selectively recruit regulatory proteins,such as JAZs,targeted for ubiquitination then degraded by 26s proteasome in a JA dependent way.Nowadays,COI1-JAZ was reported as co-receptor of JA.This breakthrough research deeply indicates how COI1 protein functions in signal transduction of JA.In this paper,we reviewed the function of COI1 protein in signal transduction of JA based on these years' researches.
