巴豆提取物抑菌活性初步研究 被引量:5

摘要 对巴豆果壳和种子提取物进行了化学成分预试和抑菌活性测定,探讨巴豆果实在植物病害控制方面的应用。结果表明,巴豆果实中含有生物碱、甾体、萜类、氨基酸和挥发油等化学成分;供试浓度为干样0.05 g/mL时,巴豆果壳乙醇提取物对小麦全蚀病菌、小麦纹枯病菌和辣椒疫霉病菌的生长抑制效果较好,72 h检查的抑制率分别为97.53%、74.68%和73.95%,在同样供试浓度下,巴豆种子提取物抑菌效果较差。巴豆果壳和种子部分的提取物均具有一定的抑菌活性,在较低供试浓度下,果壳提取物抑菌活性较好。 A chemical components test and antifungal activities determination for fruit shell and seed extracts of Croton tiglium were conducted to discuss the application of Croton tiglium fruit in controlling plant disease.The results showed that Croton tiglium fruit contained alkaloid,steroids,terpene,amino acid and essential oil.Under the concentration of 0.05 g/mL,the antifungal effect of extracts from Croton tiglium fruit shell against Gaeumannomyces graminis,Rhizoctonia ccrealis and Phytophora capsic were 97.53%,74.68% and 73.95% respectively after 72 h;under the same concentration,extracts from Croton tiglium seed had worse antifungal activities.Therefore,the shell and seed of Croton tiglium all had a certain antifungal activities against several phytopathogens,but at the lower concentration,shell extract showed better antifungal activities.
