摘要
采用Sevag法、三氯乙酸(TCA)法和Sevag法与三氯乙酸法相结合的方法对褐藻糖胶进行脱蛋白研究,并研究脱蛋白与未脱蛋白对褐藻糖胶脱色的影响。结果表明,Sevag法与三氯乙酸法相结合脱蛋白效果最佳,当Sevag法操作2次,TCA溶液添加量为1.3 mL/10mL多糖溶液时,蛋白脱除率为78.68%,多糖损失率为28.89%。多糖原液的脱色率为29.13%,多糖脱蛋白液的脱色率为85.17%。
Using Sevag method,trichloroacetic acid(TCA) method and combined method of Sevag and TCA to remove protein from fucoidan,and impacts of deproteinization and non-deproteinization on decoloration of fucoidan were studied.The results showed that the combined method of Sevag and TCA had the best effect of deproteinization;when operating Sevag method twice and adding 1.3 mL/10mL of TCA to polysaccharide solution,the removal rate of protein was 78.68%,the loss rate of polysaccharide was 28.89%,the decolorization rate of polysaccharide stock solution was 29.13%,and the decolorization rate of polysaccharide deproteinization solution was 85.17%.
