中药外敷配合西药治疗慢性盆腔炎103例

Clinical Observation of 103 Cases of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease Through External Application of Chinese Medicine with Western Medicine

目的:观察中药外敷配合西药治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效。方法:将103例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用中药外敷配合西药治疗,对照组单纯西药治疗;2组患者均治疗3个疗程并随访1年后,根据症状、体征及B超进行疗效评定。结果:治疗组有效率为90.2%,对照组有效率为71.1%,2组疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:中药外敷配合西药治疗慢性盆腔炎比单纯西药治疗疗效更好。

Objective：To observe the treatment effect of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease through external application of Chinese medicine with Western medicine.Methods：103 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,the treatment group obtained external application of Chinese medicine with western medicine,and the control group obtained western medicine alone.The two groups were treated for 3 courses and were visted for 1 year,according to the symptoms,signs and B-for efficacy evaluation.Results：The efficacy rate was 90.2% in treatment group,and 71.1% in the control group,there were significant differences（P0.05）.Conclusion：The external application of Chinese medicine with Western medicine in treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease was significantly effective than simply using Western medicine.
