摘要
笔者对云广特高压直流系统调试期间的一个典型问题——无通讯下故障极(极1)中性母线开关(HSNBS)断开时序不当导致正常极(极2)停运进行了分析。通过分阶段分析该次试验的实际录波,分析了极1中性母线开关(HSNBS)断开时序不恰当的原因及由此导致极2停运的过程。给出了4种解决办法,即完善无通讯情况下控制策略、完善双极中性母线差动保护、完善防跳策略、尽量避免无通讯的运行方式,并进行了RTDS试验验证。由此,可增强特高压直流系统的安全稳定性。
This paper studied a typical problem occurred during the commissioning period of the YunGuang UHVDC transmission system,i.e.wrong breaking sequence of the high speed neutral bus switch(HSNBS) on the faulted pole resulted in the blocking of the healthy pole.The reasons for the wrong breaking sequence of HSNBS and the course of the consequent blocking of the healthy pole were analyzed and understood according to the actual transient fault record.Four corresponding countermeasures were presented and testified via revising the control strategy for the condition without communication,improving the differential protection of bipolar neutral bus,modifying the anti-jump circuit,and avoiding the operation without communication.Therefore,the reliability of UHVDC transmission system can be enhanced.
