3AQ/3AT型断路器液压机构油泵频繁打压故障分析及处理方法

Analysis and Treatment of Frequent Bulge of the Oil Pump of Hydraulic Mechanism for 3AQ/3AT Circuit Breaker

高压断路器液压机构故障中,油泵频繁打压故障占相当一部分比例。笔者以某公司生产的3AQ/3AT型断路器为例,简要分析了液压机构油泵频繁打压的各类故障原因,根据故障原因采取相应的处理方法,以期对其他相同类型断路器的故障处理提供借鉴经验。

In the faults of the hydraulic mechanism for high-voltage circuit breaker,the frequent bulge of the oil pump of hydraulic mechanism accounts for a large proportion.Taking the 3AQ/3AT circuit breaker as an example,we analyzed various causes of frequent bulge of the oil pump of hydraulic mechanism.Furthermore,we presented some methods to deal with the faults according to the corresponding causes in order to provide experience for the treatment of the same type of circuit breaker with similar faults.
