多层螺旋CT诊断胃癌的应用价值

The application and clinical value of multi-slice spiral CT with three-dimensional imaging in diagnosis gastric cancer

目的探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)诊断胃癌的术前应用及临床价值。方法回顾性分析64例经病理证实的胃癌的CT表现。结果 MSCT能够清楚显示胃癌病变的全貌、病变与周围脏器的关系,CT主要表现为胃壁增厚或软组织肿块,且明显强化,可伴有周围脏器的浸润和淋巴结及远处转移。结论 MSCT检查诊断胃癌有其独特的价值,对临床治疗有指导作用。

Objective Explore the application and clinical value of multi-slice spiral CT（MSCT）in diagnosis gastric cancer.Methods Analysis CT showed of the 64 cases confirmed by the inability of the gastric cancer.Results MSCT to clear the whole story of gastric cancer,disease and organs.Gastric cancer lesions in the main CT of the gastric wall thickend or para-articular,and obviously enhanced,with surrounding organs infiltrating and lymph nodes metastasis,with distant metastasis.Conclusion MSCT diagnosis of gastric cancer has its unique value,to guide clinical treatment.
