摘要
目的了解中山市部分老年人脂肪肝患病率及相关因素。方法对2230名老年人进行体格检查及临床分析。结果脂肪肝患病率为12.9%;性别、年龄对脂肪肝患病率无明显影响;肝功能异常者占25.3%;但只有15.6%脂肪肝患者有消化道症状;脂肪肝患者中合并有高血压的占60.8%,合并高甘油三酯血症(>1.70mmol/L)占54.9%,合并肥胖的占53.1%,合并高胆固醇血症(>5.72mmol/L)的占47.9%,合并糖尿病或糖耐量异常的占25.3%,合并高尿酸血症的占25.0%,合并冠心病的占18.1%。结论中山市老年人脂肪肝患病率高,危险因素多,必须加强检查治疗和宣传教育。
Objective To investigate the prevalence of fatty liver in the old people in Zhongshan.Methods We studied 2230 people（≥60 years） by health examination.Results The prevalence of fatty liver was 12.9%.Gender and age had no statistical significant influencement on it.The abnormal rate of liver function is 25.3%.Only 21% fatty liver patients had digestive tract symptoms.Fatty liver often combined with hypertriglyceridemia,hypertension,diabetes mellitus and hyperuricemia,which and fat all were risk factors.Conclusion Old people in Zhongshan have high prevalence of fatty liver.It is necessary to strengthen prevention on fatty liver.
