舍曲林与帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症对照研究

Comparative study on Sertraline and Paroxetine in the treatment of depression

目的评价舍曲林与帕罗西汀对抑郁症的疗效和不良反应。方法将门诊和住院抑郁症患者120例随机分为两组,分别给予舍曲林和帕罗西汀治疗,疗程8周。采用Hamilton抑郁量表(HAMD)和汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)及副反应量表(TESS)评价疗效和不良反应。结果帕罗西汀组在治疗1、2周末HAMD、HAMA评分显著低于舍曲林组(P<0.05)。治疗8周时两组临床疗效相似,两组不良反应均轻微。结论舍曲林与帕罗西汀是一种安全有效的抗抑郁药,帕罗西汀的起效较快。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and side effect of Sertraline and Paroxetine in the treatment of depression.Methods 120 out-patients and in-patients were divided to two groups,HAMD-24（Hamilton Depression Scale）,HAMA（hamilton anxiety scale）and TESS（treatment emergent symptom scale）were used to evaluate the effecacy and side effect.Results Scores of HAMD and HAMA were significantly lower in Paroxetine group than those in Sertraline group in 1 and 2 weeks after treatment（P0.05）.Both groups were similar in effieacies at the end of treatment.Side effects of both groups were mild.Conclusion Sertraline and Paroxetine are safe and effective antidepressants.Paroxetine has faster egicacy.
