摘要 综述了等径弯曲通道变形制备超细晶金属材料变形行为的研究进展,重点介绍了等径弯曲通道变形制备的超细晶金属材料变形行为的研究方法及其不同于常规材料的力学行为、应变速率敏感性和超塑性,分析了超细晶金属材料的主要变形机理,进一步指出了变形行为及变形机理微观层次研究中存在的问题及发展趋势。 The development on deformation behavior of ultrafine-grained (UFG) metallic materials processed by equal channel angular pressing (ECAP) is described. It is the aim of the present paper to introduce the methods for deformation behavior and mechanical behavior, strain rate sensitivity and superplastic capability which are different from the conventional materials and to analysis the main deformation mechanisms of UFG metallic materials processed by ECAP. The existing problems and development prospects are suggested.
