摘要 聚烯烃是一类性能优良的通用塑料,广泛应用于包装工业、电子工业、建筑工业等领域,但聚烯烃材料难于粘接。在分析聚烯烃材料难粘原因的基础上,综述了聚烯烃表面处理技术及各种聚烯烃用胶黏剂。论述了等离子体处理、底漆促进剂等技术,同时讨论了氯化聚丙烯改性胶粘剂、热熔胶粘剂、SBS热塑性弹性体胶粘剂、丙烯酸酯类胶粘剂、有机硅密封胶粘剂。最后对今后聚烯烃粘结的发展趋势做了简要介绍。 Polyolefin is a kind of common plastic with excellent properties which is widely used in the fields of packaging industry, electronics industry and construction industry, but it is difficult to be bonded with other materials. The reasons why it is difficult to be bonded have been introduced firstly. Then the surface treatments of polyolefin and adhesives for bonding polyolefin are summarized in detail. In the first part, plasma treatment and primer promoter are mainly related. In the second part, it comprises adhesives modified by chlorinated polypropylene, hot melt adhesives, SBS thermoplastic elastomer adhesives, acrylate adhesives and organosilicone sealants. The developing trend of polyolefin adhesion in the future is presented finally.
