动态硫化氯化聚乙烯橡胶/三元尼龙热塑性弹性体的性能

摘要 采用动态硫化法制备了氯化聚乙烯橡胶(CM)/三元尼龙(PA)热塑性硫化胶(TPV),考察了硫化剂种类及用量、橡塑共混比对TPV物理机械性能和耐油性能的影响,并测试了TPV的反复加工性能。结果表明,用过氧化异丙苯(DCP)硫化体系制得TPV的拉伸强度和耐油性能均优于用噻二唑衍生物硫化体系制得的TPV;在三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯用量为0.6份的条件下,DCP用量约为0.7份时TPV具有良好的物理机械性能,DCP用量约为0.8份时TPV具有较好的耐油性能;随着PA用量的增加,TPV的拉伸强度、100%定伸应力、撕裂强度、邵尔A硬度和永久变形都呈上升趋势,而扯断伸长率则逐渐减小;返炼次数越多,TPV的100%定伸应力越高,拉伸强度也略有提高,而扯断伸长率有所下降,邵尔A硬度基本保持不变,且对耐油性能基本没有影响。 The chlorinated polyethylene rubber(CM)/ternary nylon(PA) thermoplastic elastomers(TPV) were prepared by dynamic vulcanization,the effects of type and amount of curing agent,blending ratio on the mechanical properties and oil resistance of TPV were investigated,and the repeatedly processing performance was also tested.The results showed that the tensile strength and oil resistance properties of the TPV prepared with peroxide(DCP) curing system were better than those with thiadiazole derivatives curing system.The TPV had good mechanical properties with triallyl isocyanurate(TAIC) of 0.6 phr and DCP of 0.7 phr,and the TPV had good oil resistance with DCP of 0.8 phr.With increasing amount of PA,the tensile strength,modulus at 100%,tear strength,Shore A hardness and permanent set increased,but elongation at break decreased.With increasing repeatedly processing time,the modulus at 100% and tensile strength of TPV increased slightly,but elongation at break decreased,Shore A hardness and oil resistance had little change.
