纳米蒙脱土在氯化聚乙烯橡胶发泡中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 以偶氮二甲酰胺(AZDC)为发泡剂,采用模压法对氯化聚乙烯橡胶(CM)进行发泡,考察了蒙脱土(MMT)用量对CM硫化特性、发泡特性及物理机械性能的影响。结果表明,MMT的加入对CM发泡体系的硫化特性影响较小;随着MMT用量的增加,发泡体CM的表观密度、泡孔个数和孔密度均呈减小趋势,泡孔体积分数增加,且发泡体CM的拉伸强度、撕裂强度及邵尔C硬度变化不大,扯断伸长率和收缩率均降低,而压缩永久变形则呈增大趋势。 Chlorinated polyethylene(CM) foams were prepared with foaming agent azodicarbonamide(AZDC) by compression molding.Effects of nano-montmorillonite(MMT)content on curing characteristics,foaming properties and mechanical properties of CM were investigated.The results showed that MMT had smaller effect on curing characteristics of CM.With the increase of MMT,the apparent density,cell number and cell density of CM foams decreased,while the volume fraction increased,and the tensile strength,tear strength and Shore C hardness changed slightly.At the same time,the elongation at break and shrinkage rate both decreased,the compression set also increased with the increase of MMT content.
