摘要
分别以炭黑、甲基丙烯酸锌(ZDMA)及两者并用为增强剂填充氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR),研究了HNBR混炼胶的硫化特征,考察了增强剂种类、炭黑与ZDMA并用比、温度对HNBR硫化胶物理机械性能的影响,并评价了用ZDMA/炭黑增强HNBR制得的封隔器胶筒的高温高压密封性能。结果表明,相比炭黑,ZDMA增强HNBR混炼胶的焦烧时间和正硫化时间均大幅度缩短,最大转矩大幅度提高;常温下炭黑的粒径越小,其填充HNBR硫化胶的物理机械性能越好,但劣于ZDMA填充HNBR硫化胶,ZDMA/炭黑填充HNBR硫化胶的拉伸强度比纯ZDMA填充HNBR硫化胶低,但同时永久变形也降低;在高温下,ZDMA/炭黑增强HNBR硫化胶的拉伸强度和撕裂强度具有较高的保持率,且随着温度的升高,降低速率低于纯ZDMA增强HNBR硫化胶,但前者的扯断伸长率高于后者,而永久变形小于后者;ZDMA/炭黑增强HNBR硫化胶具有优异的耐热空气老化性能,且以其制得的封隔器胶筒能够在180℃、30 MPa的压差下保持较好的密封效果。
Hydrogenated nitrile rubber(HNBR) was reinforced by carbon black,zincdimethacrylate(ZDMA) or the mixture of the two reinforcers,respectively.The curing characteristics of HNBR compounds reinforced,effect of reinforcers and the mass ratio of ZDMA to carbon black on the mechanical properties of HNBR vulcanizates was investigated,and the sealing effect of the packer made of previously prepared HNBR vulcanizates was evaluated at high pressure and temperature.The results showed that the scorching time and optimum curing time of the HNBR compounds reinforced with ZDMA were greatly shortened,and its maximum torque was significantly increased.At normal temperature,the smaller the carbon black size,the better the tensile strength of HNBR vulcanizates,but,it was inferior to those of HNBR vulcanizates reinforced with ZDMA.The tensile strength of HNBR vulcanizates reinforced with ZDMA/carbon black was lower than that of HNBR vulcanizates reinforced with ZDMA,while the permanent set decreased.At high temperature,the HNBR vulcanizates reinforced with ZDMA/carbon black had the higher retention of tensile strength and tear strength.When the temperature was raised further,the decrease of tensile strength and tear strength for the former was slower than that for the HNBR reinforced with ZDMA,however,its elongation at break at high temperature was higher,and its permanent set was lower compared with the latter.The HNBR vulcanizate reinforced with ZDMA/carbon black showed the excellent air oven aging resistance,and the packer made of it kept good sealing effect at high temperature of 180 ℃ and pressure of 30 MPa.
