摘要 综述了聚合级异丁烯的生产技术,主要有甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE)裂解法、叔丁醇(TBA)脱水法和异丁烷脱氢法,对MTBE裂解法和TBA脱水法进行了经济技术对比分析,相比之下,TBA脱水法投资省,操作条件温和,生产成本低,产品质量优异。 Production technologies of polymer grade isobutylene,such as methyl-tert-butyl ether(MTBE) cracking process,tert-butanol(TBA) dehydration and isobutane dehydrogenation were reviewed.The economic and technical comparison of of MTBE cracking process with TBA dehydration was conducted.The results indicated that for TBA method,investment was lower,the operating conditions were moderate,the cost of production was cheaper,and the product quality was better with 40 references.
