不同灌水下限对日光温室有机生态型无土栽培辣椒生长指标的影响 被引量:19

摘要 以日光温室辣椒为研究对象,采用有机生态型无土栽培技术,研究了不同灌水下限对辣椒生长、产量和果实品质的影响.结果表明:当灌水下限为田间持水量的70%时,辣椒生育期株高、茎粗和产量均显著高于其他处理,产量最高为2 262.19 kg.667m-2;并且辣椒果实品质各项指标均达到最大值,其中VC、游离氨基酸、可溶性总糖含量分别为1.27 mg.g-1、363.6μg.g-1、20.4 mg.g-1.说明灌水下限为田间持水量的70%,可以作为辣椒理想的水分控制指标. Ecological organic soilless culture was used to grow the peppers in greenhouse.This paper studied the effects of different lower limits of irrigation on growth,yield and fruit quality of peppers.The results indicated that plant height,stem thickness and yield of peppers under 70 % lower limit of irrigation were higher than other watering treatments,the maximum output reached 2 262.19 kg·667 m-2.Indexes of fruit quality also reached their maximum value,with the content of VC 1.27 mg·g-1,free amino acids 363.6 μg·g-1 and soluble sugar content 20.4 mg·g-1.It is suggested that 70 % of watering requirement is an ideal level of irrigation limits for cultivating peppers by using ecological organic soilless.
