甘肃甜瓜白粉病病原种及生理小种的鉴定

Identification on species and races of pathogen of melon powdery mildew in Gansu

在甘肃省甜瓜主产区瓜州县、民勤县和皋兰县采集25份甜瓜白粉病病原菌,通过显微镜观察,利用引进的国际通用的甜瓜白粉病生理小种对本地区甜瓜白粉病病原菌的种及生理小种进行鉴定.结果表明:25份甜瓜白粉病病原菌均为单囊壳白粉菌(S.fuliginea)种,病原菌小种是S.fuliginea小种1和小种2US,其中小种1为优势生理小种.

Twenty-five pathogens of melon powdery mildew were collected from major production area in Guazhou,Minqin and Gaolan County of Gansu Province.The species and races of pathogens were identified by microscope observation and inoculation.The result showed that the pathogens belonged to S.fuliginea race 1 and race 2US,the former was superior.
