摘要
研究了LSA-900B、XDA-600、LS-803、LS-806和HPD-850 5种型号大孔吸附树脂对苹果汁中棒曲霉素(Pat)的吸附能力,并利用筛选出的最优树脂进行了Pat吸附动力学研究.结果表明:LSA-900B、LS-803和XDA-600 3种型号树脂在50℃条件下对苹果汁中Pat的静态吸附率分别达到92.55%、90.67%和89.01%,其中LSA-900B吸附效果最好.苹果汁中棒曲霉素的浓度和流速对LSA-900B树脂的吸附动力学曲线都有一定的影响.树脂柱操作的最佳条件为:原棒曲霉素浓度144.2μg·L-1,流速1.35 BV.h-1.
Several macroreticular adsorbent resins(LSA-900B,XDA-600,LS-803,LS-806 and HPD-850) were used to remove patulin(Pat) in apple juice in order to research dynamic of screened resins.The results showed that static adsorption rate of Pat with resins of LSA-900B,LS-803 and XDA-600 at 50 ℃ reached to 92.55 %,90.67 % and 89.01 % respectively.LSA-900B showed the maximum adsorption.Pat concentration in apple juice and flow rate affected significantly the kinetic curves of LSA-900B.The optimum conditions were Pat concentration in apple juice at 144.2 μg·L-1 and flow rate at 1.35 BV·h-1.
