摘要 动物机体受到热应激刺激时,体内热休克蛋白合成量增多,从而免受因应激而造成的机体不可逆损伤。热休克蛋白是所有生物细胞在受应激原刺激后,产生的一类细胞伴侣蛋白的总称,该蛋白在细胞生命过程中可参与蛋白的折叠、装配和运输等活动,对调控细胞的生长、存活及分化起着重要的作用。论文从热休克蛋白参与热应激反应的角度上,阐述了其在热应激反应中的机制和保护作用。论文在总结前人研究成果的基础上,对热休克蛋白在未来某些重要的生物医学领域可能出现的研究热点进行了展望,为有效地减少热应激对畜牧生产实践中所带来的不良影响提供参考。 Studies have shown that the amount of heat shock protein's synthesis increases in animal to avoid the irreversible damage that caused by heat stress to the animal.The heat shock protein is a general class of cellular chaperone protein that can be produced by all living cells after stimulated by the stressor,which can participate in the protein folding,assembly,and transport and other activities in cells' life processes,and also plays an important role in the regulation of cell growth,survival and differentiation.Therefore,the mechanism,results and protection of heat shock protein in the heat stress is described from the participation in the heat stress.As the results of previous studies is summarized,scientific and detailed outlook to the research progress of the heat shock protein may be appeared in some important of biomedical area,so as to provide a reliable theoretical basis to reduce the adverse effects of the heat stress in livestock production practice effectively.
