乘用车移动行李对后排座椅撞击试验研究

The impact test research of the mobile luggage to the rear seat of passenger car

过对国标GB 15083、欧标ECE R17和马自达标准MES PA57030中关于防止乘用车移动行李对乘员伤害进行分析,得出三个标准的试验方法基本相同,但从撞击能量来看,马自达标准更为严格。并根据马自达MES PA57030标准对某款座椅进行了抗移动行李撞击的安全性试验分析,同时对该座椅提出了改进方案。试验证明所提的改进方案是合理有效的,达到了马自达企业标准MES PA57030的要求。

Through analyzing the prevention of causing injury to the occupant while passenger moving luggage in a car based on GB 15083,ECE R17 and Mazda standard MES PA 57030,the test method indicates that the the three criteria is almost the same,but the Mazda standard is more strict from the impact energy view.And carrying such test to a seat according the Mazda MES PA 57030,its ability of preventing impact from moving luggage is analyzed,meanwhile the improvements is made to the seat.The test proved that the improvement program is reasonable and effective and can meet the requirements of Mazda corporate standards MES PA 57030.
