锥铣刀加工端面螺旋面法及误差计算

摘要 介绍了波形弹簧成形模具凸、凹螺旋面参数的计算公式,提出了锥铣刀在铣床上利用挂轮装置铣削端面螺旋面的方法及刀具选择方法,用螺旋面加工理论建立刀具坐标系及工件坐标系,推导了本文所述加工方法的加工误差计算公式及铣刀安装角度的优化计算公式,推证了螺旋面波谷的曲率半径与工件半径成线性关系的公式。用实例进行了系统计算,锥铣刀加工方法与传统的加工方法相比加工精度提高3倍多,优化后加工精度提高6倍,大大减少了型面钳工修配量,可在离合器、波形弹簧成形模具的端面螺旋面加工中应用。 The formula for calculating convex and concave helical surface parameter of wave spring shaping mould is presented;a method of the bevel cutter on the mill lathe using a change gear device to mill end helical surface and of selecting cutter is proposed.Using helical surface machining theory sets up cutter and workpiece coordinate systems,the formula for calculating machining error of this method and formula for optimized calculating installation angle of the milling cutter are deduced,too.The formula of curvature radius of helical surface wave trough with workpiece radius in linear relation is also deduced.The system calculation is performed with an example.Comparing with the traditional machining method,the machining accuracy of using bevel milling curter is increased by 3 times,and optimized machining precision is increased by 6 times,the molding surface fitter′s finishing time is reduced greatly.It can be applied in machining end helical surface of the clutch and wave spring shaping mould.
