摘要
针对钢轨焊接接头经过几个月的列车碾压后在焊缝两侧存在凹陷的问题,重点介绍钢轨焊缝焊后"欠速淬火"热处理工艺。通过试验和分析,进行该热处理工艺后,可改善接头晶粒组织的内在质量,提高钢轨寿命,确保铁路行车安全。
Aiming at existing the cupped faults of the two sides of weld line of the rail welded joint which the train rolling after several months,the heat treatment process of slack quenching for rail welded joint is introduced in this paper.Through testing and analyzing for the heat treatment process,the process can improve the interior quality of grain structure,increase rail life and insure the train safety in motion.
