摘要
运用高端的CAD/CAE一体化软件UGNX,建立了机械手的三维模型。并对其臂部进行了模态分析,得到一阶固有频率和振型。着重从臂部伺服电机的激励出发,主要考虑了臂部的一阶固有频率,提出了两种不同的方案。提高了臂部的一阶固有频率,有效地避免了臂部一阶固有频率与电机的激振频率一致导致的共振问题,为结构的改进提供了依据。
Using the integrated software of CAD/CAE,the accurate 3D model of manipulator is established,the model analysis of its arm is analyzed,and the first order natural frequency are obtained.In this paper,focusing on the incentive of servo motor,the first order natural frequency is mainly considered,two kinds of schemes are put forward,which can enhance the first order natural frequency,avoid the resonance between the first order natural frequency of arms and exciting frequency of electrical machine,and provide reference for the improvement of structure.
