详细介绍斜面加工胎具的设计及在实际生产过程中的应用,通过胎具改造将斜面加工完全转换为平面加工,解决了加工中存在的问题,可以证明此设计不但方便,也提高了生产效率,为斜面加工提供了简单而可靠的加工手段。
The design and application is introduced in detail especially for the angled surfaces of the fixture.Through the design analysis on the angled surfaces machining changing to flat surface machining of the fixture,some inconvenient processing problems are solved.The great convenience is proved for actual production and the production efficiency is improved.A simple and reliable method is provided for the angled surfaces machining of fixture.
