抑郁症动物模型的回顾与展望 被引量:13

摘要 随着社会的发展,抑郁症已成为临床上常见的疾病。根据KESSLER等[1]的研究,抑郁症是导致残疾的主要病因之一。抑郁症的核心症状包括:抑郁心境、兴趣丧失、负罪感或无价值感、睡眠紊乱和食欲下降、活动减少、注意力下降以及自杀观念等。抑郁症病因不清,有研究认为40%~50%的抑郁风险是由基因决定的[2],
