摘要 目的:建立杠板归药材的聚酰胺薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法:杠板归经不同提取方法提取后,以甲醇∶甲酸(100∶2)为展开剂,对杠板归中的槲皮素-3-Oβ--D葡-萄糖醛酸进行聚酰胺薄层鉴别。结果:薄层色谱鉴别斑点清晰,能够有效鉴别杠板归中的槲皮素-3-Oβ--D葡-萄糖醛酸。结论:本法操作简便,稳定,专属性强,可有效鉴别杠板归药材,为其质量标准提升打下一定基础。 Objective : To establish a method of Polyamide Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC) identification for Polygonum perfoliatum L.. Methods : Polyamide TLC identification and analysis was studied on the various extractions by different solvents,TLC systems was performed for identifying Quercetin-3- O-β-D-glucuronide by: methyl alcohol-methanoic acid (100:2 ). Results: The TLC spots were fairly clear and it can distinguish Quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucuronide effectively. Conclusion: The method is simple, stable, and specificity and effective for the identification of Polygonum perfoliatum L. , and can be used to control the quality of Polygonum perfoliatum L.
