动脉自旋标记技术在脑胶质瘤中的应用进展 被引量:2

摘要 磁共振灌注技术可分为两大类:一类使用外源性示踪剂,即对比荆首过磁共振灌注成像法,以动态磁敏感对比增强(dynamic susceptibility weighted contrast enhanced,DSC)灌注成像最常用。一类使用内源性示踪剂,即利用动脉血中的水质子作为内源性示踪剂的动脉自旋标记(arterial spin labeling,ASL)法,由于不需注射对比剂、无创、简便安全,
