摘要
在风能发电中,振动监测对整个系统起着重要的作用。系统分为下位机和上位机:下位机通过加速度传感器采集信号并进行抗混叠低通滤波,滤波后的信号进行A/D转换、然后将数字信号送入DSP数字处理器,进行软件滤波、数据分析、报警设置,最后将处理后的数据(D/A转换)通过CANopen协议上传给上位机存储和显示。整个系统工作可靠,为风场的风能涡轮机运行提供了安全保障。
In wind power generation,vibration monitoring play important role in the system.The system was divided into the slave machines and upper,the slave machine was collecting signals and for anti-aliasing low-pass filter,filtering the signal after A / D conversion,then the digital signal into the DSP digital processor,the software filtering,data analysis,alarm settings,at last,the processed data(for D / A conversion)through the CANopen protocol uploads to the host computer to store and display.The system is reliable,providing security for the generators running in wind field.
