New Stress Measurement Method for Dynamic Weigh Rail

摘要 为了提高动态轨道衡中应力的检测精度,研究了利用非晶态合金逆磁致伸缩效应进行动态检测轨道应力的新方法。首先,设计了一种差动压磁式三磁极应力传感器,论述了其基本结构和工作原理,并推导出了这种传感器的输出方程。然后,分别在材料试验机与矿山有轨运输轨道上进行了静态特性标定和实测试验。试验表明这种检测方法的最大重复性误差和线性误差分别小于1.36%和1.54%,灵敏度可达5.47 mV/kN,应用于动态轨道称重是可行的。另外,这种方法简单,传感器坚固耐用,安装方便。 In order to improve the stress measurement precision in the weigh rail,a new stress measurement method based on magnetoelastic effect of amorphous alloy for the dynamic weigh rail was researched.A kind of differential stress sensor magnetoelastic force sensor with three magnetic poles was designed,and its structure,principle,output characteristic were discussed.Then,the static test and actual measurement were respectively made on a material testing machine and the mine haulage rail.The results indicate that the dynamic weigh method is feasible.Its maximum repeatability error and linearity error lower than 1.36% and 1.54%respectively,and its measurement sensitivityis up to 5.47 mV/kN.Besides,it is simple,convenient and the sensor is also solid to install and use.
