当前高职高专医学生医德教育中存在的主要问题及对策

Problems and Countermeasures in Current Ethics Education for Vocational Medical Students

当前高职高专医学生医德教育中存在对医德教育的重要性认识不足、医德教育缺乏科学的整体设计、忽略医德的养成及医德教育缺乏家庭和社会的参与等问题。因此,倡导加强学习,提高师生对医德教育重要性的认识;加强研究,探索一条科学系统的医德教育新途径;同时,提出重视医德养成教育及调动家庭和社会的参与等具体对策,旨在提高当前高职高专医学生医德教育的水平。

There are some general problems in the current ethics education for vocational medical students, including underestimation of the importance of education, lack of a scientific integral design of medical ethics education, ignorance of the cultivation of medical ethics, lack of family＇s and community＇s involvement in the medical ethics education. Relevant countermeasures are raised such as enhancing learning to improve students＇ awareness of the importance of ethics education ; strengthening research on a scientific system of medical ethics education ; paying attention to medical ethics education, and mobilizing family＇s and community＇s involvement, aiming at improving the current medical ethics education among vocational medical students.
