时代精神作为激励一个民族奋发图强的强大精神动力,是国家软实力的重要组成部分,体现着一个时代的人们在推进社会发展过程中的精神风貌、民族气质、行为规范、价值追求。以改革创新为核心的时代精神,特指改革开放以来,在中国共产党领导下,我国在总体上呈现出的由改革创新精神所统领的整个时代精神。从实践来看,改革创新既是中华民族实现伟大复兴的必由之路,又已内化为中华民族的民族心理、文化特质,它体现出历史性、实践性、民族性、科学性、包容性等鲜明特征,经历了初步形成、继续深化和全面拓展三个发展阶段。要在新时期弘扬以改革创新为核心的时代精神,就需要积极回应时代发展需求和科学解答时代课题并举、进一步深化各项改革创新、总结归纳和宣传普及并重。

The spirit of the age,as a powerful driving force,is a significant component of the soft power of a nation,which embodies the spirits of the people,a nation＇s temperaments,and norms and values of the age.The spirit of the age centered upon reform and innovation,specifically refers to the spirit under the leadership of CPC since the reform and opening up.Practically,reform and innovation is not only the way for the great renaissance of the Chinese nation but also is internalized into the national psychology and cultural features,and characterized by historic,practical,national,scientific and compatible features.It experiences three stages： beginning,further development and overall development.To promote the spirit of the age centered upon reform and innovation,we should actively respond to the needs of the age,and solve the problems of the age to conduct further reforms,summary and popularization.
