摘要
导向性是高校教师科研评价体系的内在属性,其合理性程度取决于它对科研创新价值取向的实现和推进程度,以及它对科研管理人本化实践需要的体现程度。管理规律适应科研规律、公平体制优先于质量体制、科研考评服从科研建设、科研合作重于科研竞争是其合理性内涵的具体体现。
The guidance quality is the inner attribute of a scientific research evaluation system for college teachers.The level of its rationality depends on the extent to which individuals realize the social value of scientific innovation and to what degree research management embodies human centered practical need.The laws of management should fit rules of research,the system is prior to quality system,the assessment of research serves the development of research,and the research collaboration overweighs research competition embodied the essence of the rationality of the research evaluation system for college teachers.
