风湿痛消丸对佐剂性关节炎大鼠模型的治疗作用

Effect of Fengshitongxiao Pill on Adjuvant Arthritis Rats

目的研究风湿痛消丸对佐剂性关节炎(AA)模型大鼠的治疗作用。方法将60只大鼠随机分成正常对照组、模型组、风湿痛消丸组、雷公藤多苷组,模型组30只,其余3组各10只,雌雄各半;采用弗氏完全佐剂建立AA大鼠模型,通过组织病理学观察用药前后大鼠关节腔内滑膜的变化,用ELISA分析AA大鼠模型血清类风湿因子(RF)的水平。结果风湿痛消丸组大鼠血清中RF的水平与模型组相比明显降低,与雷公藤多苷组比较没有显著差异。结论风湿痛消丸对AA大鼠模型有一定的治疗作用。

Objective：To study the Fengshitongxiao Pill on adjuvant arthritis（AA） rats.Methods：60 rats were randomly divided into the blank group,the model group,the Fengshitongxiao Pill group,the glucosides of Tripterygium Wilfordii（GTW） group and the model group.The rats articular cavity synovial changes were observed by the tissue pathology method.The RF level was detected by the ELIAS methood.Results：Compared with the model group,the RF level was decreased in the Fengshitongxiao Pill group.However,there was no statistical difference between the Fengshitongxiao Pill group and the GTW group.Conclusion：Fengshitongxiao Pill has some treatment effects on AA.
