摘要
通过分析曲轴、连杆、半轴、转向节、气阀等典型汽车零件的受力状况及确定在加工过程中汽车零件容易发生缺陷的部位,指出无损探伤区域划分的必要性及分区的原则,并结合实例进行说明。
Through analysis on load status of typical automotive part ssuch as crankshaft, connecting rod, axle shaft, steering knuckle, valve,etc., the place which subject to form defect during machining process was defined, the necessity and principle of range division were pointed out,and the explaination combined with example was also given.
