本文从资本规模及构成的静态方面和资本补充的动态方面进行分析,揭示银行业地方法人机构存在的问题和面临的现实约束,提出了地方法人机构强化资本管理的相关建议。

This paper elaborates the main characteristics of the capital scale and structure and the basic approaches to increase capital in local banking institutions,analyzes the problems and restrictions from static and dynamic aspects,and then puts forward some suggestions to help small and medium sized local banking institutions strengthen their capital management.
