甲硝唑氯己定洗剂中甲硝唑的紫外分光光度法含量测定

摘要 目的:建立甲硝唑氯己定洗剂中甲硝唑含量的紫外分光光度测定法。方法:采用紫外分光光度法,以水为空白对照,检测波长为320 nm,测定甲硝唑的含量。结果:甲硝唑浓度在4.096~12.288μg/m l范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9,n=5),平均加样回收率99.16%,RSD为0.88%。结论:该法操作快速简便,结果准确,适用于甲硝唑含量的快速测定及质量控制。 Objective:To establish an ultraviolet spectrophtometry method for the determination of metronidazole in the lotion of chlorhexidine containing metronidazole.Methods:The water was used as solvent.The detection wavelength was set at 320 nm.The contents of metronidazole were determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.Results:The calibration curve of metronidazole was linear when its concentration range was from 4.096 to 12.288 μg/ml(r=0.999 9,n=5),and average recovery was 99.16%,RSD was 0.88%.Conclusion:The method is rapid and simple,the result is precis,and can be used for the quality control and rapid determination of metronidazole lotion.
